Phuket Welcomes Nene Royal Home After America’s Got Talent Victory

Phuket officially welcomed home America’s Got Talent 2026 champion Rattikarn “Nene Royal” Amloy and her family on September 27, following her victory in the international talent show.

The official reception was held at the Khaw Sim Bee Meeting Hall of the Phuket Provincial Administrative Organization (PPAO). Phuket Governor Chotnarin Kerdsom led the ceremony, which was also attended by PPAO President Rewat Areerob.

During the event, the Governor presented a royal portrait of Their Majesties the King and Queen to Nene Royal and her family as a symbol of the province’s and Thailand’s pride in her achievement.

Governor Chotnarin praised Nene’s dedication and musical talent, saying her success demonstrates the potential of Thai young people to achieve recognition on the international stage. Her victory was also described as an inspiration for other young talents pursuing their ambitions.

Following the official reception, Nene Royal joined a vehicle parade organized by Phuket City Municipality. The procession travelled through Phuket Town, allowing residents and visitors to take part in the homecoming celebrations.

The parade ended at Charter Intersection, where Nene met fans and performed live with the Ozone band.

The Phuket provincial authorities expressed hope that Nene Royal’s international success will encourage more young people in Thailand to develop their talents and pursue their dreams beyond the country.
