Ad Carabao Donates 1 Million Baht to Support Nene’s International Competition Journey

Thai rock icon Ad Carabao has voiced his support for rising young performer Nene, praising her musical talent and the influence she is having on a new generation of musicians across Thailand.

Ad said that children and their parents increasingly come to the backstage areas of his concerts hoping to meet him and get an autograph. Some young fans even bring guitars with them. He believes Nene’s growing popularity and musical achievements have contributed to this trend.

“If this is happening backstage at my concerts, imagine what it must be like behind hers,” Ad said jokingly, highlighting the attention now surrounding the young performer.

In a major show of support, Ad announced that he would personally give Nene 1 million baht in cash. The money is intended to help cover travel costs and other expenses as she continues competing internationally and represents Thailand on the global stage.

Ad stressed that the gesture was about more than financial assistance. He described himself as a “small star of encouragement” for Nene as she prepares for the final stage of the competition.

He also encouraged the young musician to give her best performance and make the country proud, urging her to “make it truly spectacular for Thailand” before expressing his affection and support for her journey.
