Phuket is set to celebrate its culinary heritage once again as the annual Phuket Food Festival takes place from May 8 to May 12, 2026.

Organized by Phuket Municipality, the event is being held under the theme “Good Food, Good Health, Good Spirit,” bringing together local cuisine, cultural traditions, and community activities in one of the island’s most popular public spaces.

The festival is hosted at Chalermprakiat R.10 Public Park in Saphan Hin and begins daily from 5:00 p.m. The waterfront venue will transform into a vibrant gathering place filled with food stalls, live performances, and entertainment.
Visitors can enjoy a wide selection of authentic Phuket dishes and regional products while supporting local businesses and food vendors. The event also features live cooking demonstrations, where local chefs present traditional recipes and culinary techniques unique to southern Thailand.
In addition to the food experience, the festival includes cultural and artistic performances reflecting Phuket’s multicultural identity and long-standing traditions.

With its combination of gastronomy, entertainment, and seaside atmosphere, the Phuket Food Festival has become one of the province’s signature community events. Organizers say the festival helps strengthen Phuket’s reputation as a destination where local culture and modern tourism successfully blend together.
Residents and tourists are encouraged to visit the event, discover local flavors, and experience Phuket’s welcoming atmosphere throughout the five-day celebration.
